Noam Dromi is the President of Legion of Creatives (LOC), a creative incubator and narrative storytelling accelerator specializing in digital programming that targets underserved audiences.
Noam co-wrote the Warner Bros/Alcon Entertainment Dolphin Tale franchise starring Morgan Freeman, Harry Connick Jr & Ashley Judd. The films have grossed over $150 million at the worldwide box office.
A veteran writer/producer, marketing executive and digital strategist, he specializes in cross platform content development and production and regularly works with leading media companies, consumer brands and NGOs.
He is the winner of the 2015 Creative Arts Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media for his work with the Fox Broadcasting Company as producer of the Sleepy Hollow Virtual Reality Experience.
Noam previously served as the managing partner of Drive-By Entertainment, the production company founded by actor/producer Orlando Jones (American Gods, Madiba, Sleepy Hollow). He oversaw development of the company’s film, television, publishing and digital programming slate in addition to heading up business development opportunities in brand partnerships, live events and non-profit ventures.
Prior to that, Noam was the President of social media agency New Medici (founded by Endemol Beyond President/COO Adrian Sexton) where he and his team launched campaigns for a wide range of media, technology and consumer brand clients.


He continues to serve as a digital media and marketing strategist for a range of entertainment companies including Alcon Entertainment (Blade Runner 2, The Blind Side, The Book of Eli), The Film Arcade (Don’t Look Now, Unexpected, James White) and Millennium Films (London Has Fallen, The Expendables)
From 2001-2003, Mr. Dromi served as the Senior Vice President of Content Development for Mandalay Branded Entertainment (MBE), the marketing and brand consultancy founded by former Sony Pictures Chairman/CEO Peter Guber.

Noam & his team developed cross platform media programs for clients including Health South Corporation, Miller Brewing Company, Yahoo & Nokia. He had previously been the head of Mandalay’s new media division, Mandalay E-Media, leading the company’s efforts in strategic consulting for a wide range of corporate & entertainment clients.

Prior to his tenure with the Mandalay Entertainment Group, Dromi was Director of Development for Strangis/McCullough Productions, a television production company based in LA. Dromi began his Hollywood career at the age of 15 as a production assistant on low budget Hollywood films.


In addition to his professional accomplishments in media, entertainment and technology, he’s the co-founder of the non-profit jrCEOs, a program that teaches entrepreneurship, financial literacy and business fundamentals to minority and lower income middle and high school students in Los Angeles. He is an active member of numerous professional guilds including the WGA, PGA and ATAS.

He also serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Film and Television at Loyola Marymount University.
